• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Larger items (engines, transmissions, panels) may require additional handling time.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted national couriers and freight companies depending on the size and weight of the item:

• Small to medium parts: Standard courier

• Large or heavy items: Pallet freight or truck delivery

• Rural deliveries: Additional time may apply

Tracking information is provided where available.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.

• Rural or remote areas may incur extra charges.

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• North Island: 1–3 business days

• South Island: 2–5 business days

• Rural areas: Add 1–3 extra days

These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

5. Packaging

All parts are packaged securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Large items may be strapped to pallets or crated for safe transport.

6. Risk & Responsibility

• Risk transfers to the customer once the item is collected by the courier.

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier handling.

• If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can assist with a courier claim.

7. Click & Collect (Optional)

Customers may choose to collect parts directly from our yard:

• Collection available during business hours

• Photo ID or proof of purchase may be required

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided or delivery fails due to customer error:

• Additional re‑delivery fees may apply

• Refunds are not provided for shipping costs

We currently do not offer international shipping.
